This Service Schedule for LTE v8.0.0 (the “Service”) replaces all previously signed / incorporated version(s) of the Service Schedule(s) for LTE (if any)..
247Online reserves the right to amend these offerings and terms and conditions from time to time. 247Online will give notice to each Consumer of such amendments and will place the amended terms and conditions on 247Online’s website at the following links: ; 247online.co.za which will be deemed incorporated into the Agreement and bind the Consumer from the date that the amendment was listed on the abovementioned sites.

The RAIN LTE offers shall be available on a 12 month contract (Edgars Club Members only) that includes an LTE Wi-Fi router and Month to Month sim only deals.
Subscription to RAIN’s LTE service is subject to the availability of its LTE network coverage within the specified location and the subscriber will not be able to roam on any alternative network. A Sales agent will be able to assist you with checking if your address is in coverage or alternatively you can do it online at 247online.co.za
The RAIN LTE service is provided as a fixed wireless broadband service for use in a fixed location and should a subscriber relocate, 247Online cannot guarantee and be held liable for lack of network coverage, reliability and throughput outside its specified LTE coverage areas.
Should a subscriber use the RAIN LTE Wireless service for mobility purposes 247Online shall not be liable for lack of LTE coverage or throughput outside of its LTE coverage areas.
The RAIN LTE Internet Service is a best effort service and 247Online shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions in the provision of the RAIN LTE services.
RAIN shall endeavour to ensure that LTE coverage is available where RAIN stipulates it has LTE coverage. 247Online shall not, however, be held responsible for customers’ failure to access the Internet in areas that are not eligible for LTE.
A compatible device is required to use RAIN’s LTE services. The maximum speed that can be experienced by the subscriber is dependent on the speed specification of the device
247Online does not support or allow access to RAIN’s LTE voice services. 247Online’s Cloud Voice services are available over RAIN LTE network, these services are not included in the standard bundles.
Once-off top up data bundles expire after 30 days.
Inclusive data bundles will expire at the end of the current calendar month
No carry-over shall apply to the Inclusive Data
RAIN’s LTE network supports downlink speeds of up to 90Mbps and uplink speeds of up to 25Mbps.
247Online is not liable for any loss or damage to your property or equipment arising out of the provision, installation or maintenance and use of the service.
247Online will not incur any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage as a result of any use, authorised or unauthorised, resulting from virus attacks, security vulnerabilities, or loss of information.
Prices are valid at date of print.
Upward migrations to larger packages are available, we will need to cancel existing service with 1 full calendar month’s notice and apply for a news sim on a new package, delivery and activation fees will apply.
Top up bundle costs: Top ups are available in either 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB or 20GB bundles. Top ups cost R10 per GB.
247Online does not monitor web traffic unless a managed Firewall with SLA service is procured, 247Online will at no time be able to provide information on data used or where the data was used unless a Firewall contract is included with the solution.
12 Month Contracts – any 12 month contract cancelled within first 12 months client will be responsible to pay a fee of R999 for the LTE router, at this point the LTE router becomes the property of the client.
All services require a full calendar month’s notice for cancellation.
